FCC Program Lead
​
The Future Culture Creator Program Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our teen workforce development program. This includes developing the program strategy, process, and content, as well as identifying and managing logistics.
Responsibilities:

Maintain the program strategy and process
-
Deliver content for the program to facilitators and students
-
Identify and manage logistics
-
Manage budget to stay within budget parameters
-
Track and document progress of program goals, outcomes, and growth areas
-
Administer assessments or surveys to measure progress against goals
-
Conduct regular check ins with team members to maintain good communication
-
Supervise support staff in delivery of curriculum and job placement. Ability to delegate tasks as needed based on skills of team members

Build and maintain job placement relationships

Maintain contact with parents and schools. Oversee students' connection to wellbeing services.

Skills and Qualifications
​

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or social science
-
At least 3 to 5 years of experience with youth or youth-centered programming in emergency, fragile state or development program
-
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
-
Working knowledge of Google Drive
-
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
-
Strong working knowledge of youth resources
-
Culturally competent in the needs and services of youth in high needs areas
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
